Arriving at MCC
Welcome to Mimico Cruising Club! We’re pleased to host visitors from reciprocating clubs.
Docks at MCC range in size from 27’ to 49’. Controlling depth in our harbour is 7 feet but most docks accommodate 10 feet..
Water and 30-amp power are available at each slip.
Facilities at the Club include washrooms, showers, ice, picnic tables, propane barbecues, wifi, phone, fax, children's playground, pump out and laundry.
Our licensed dining room is located on the second floor of the clubhouse with a lovely view of the harbour. It offers a tasty a la carte menu and full bar with indoor and outdoor seating. It also features three large, high-definition televisions. Both the dining room and the patio, located on the lower level of the clubhouse, are open Wednesday through Sunday in the summer for lunch and dinner and for breakfast on weekends.
There are no fuel docks in the basin. Fuel may be purchased at Ontario Place to the east or at Lake Promenade Marina to the west.
MCC operates as a true reciprocal club, offering the same privileges and hospitality to a visitor as the visitor's club offers to our members. MCC’s default for visitors whose clubs have not formally informed MCC of their reciprocal privileges is: first night free then $1.25 per linear foot per night.
The maximum stay is 7 nights in any 30-day period. Slips are available on a "first come" basis.
VHF channel 68 is monitored by club staff when the dining room and/or office is open. Hours are listed in Club House and Contact Info or please click here.
If you radio as you approach the harbour mouth you may be able to go directly to an assigned slip. If you do not connect by radio please tie up at the visitors’ dock. This dock is located closest to the clubhouse between B Dock and C Dock and is marked with the yellow stripe. Please click here to view the map of the dock layout. You can then proceed to the clubhouse dining room, or the office, to check in with one of the staff. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have and assign your slip.
For recognition, please fly your club burgee and have your reciprocating club membership card ready.
Visiting or Returning from the U.S.
When entering Canada from the U.S., you must report to Canada Customs. On arrival call 1-888-CANPASS. There is a pay phone on the lower level of the lake side of the clubhouse.
Thanks for visiting MCC – we hope you enjoy your stay!
