SLIPS
We have 302 wet mooring boat slips.  All are the finger variety (27 to 49 feet in length), equipped with water and electrical outlets, for which there is no extra charge. The 20 and 30 amp service provides suitable power for most boats, but is not capable of running ice makers, air conditioners, water heaters and heavy equipment.

WASHROOMS
Washrooms with showers, a laundry and an ICE SUPPLY are available.

SECURE ACCESS
Access to the property by members through the security fence is by a "swipe-card" or a code. We try to control security with the gates and member vigilance.

PARKING
Parking for cars is close to the docks and the clubhouse. Much of our summer time parking space is the winter boat storage area. Members and their crew while away on cruises may park their cars on the property for the duration of the cruise or while on board their boat over night

CLUBHOUSE
LOUNGE and DINING AREA: We are proud of our excellent breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and take-out food.

We have a full bar service. Prices cover costs, and there is no minimum monthly food or beverage charge. We are open for service during the boating season including Mondays and Tuesdays in July and August. Hours during the rest of the year reflect demand. Except for special events, we close during January and February. The club has a large screen TV with satellite dish reception. There is also a TV in the Flag Room conference area. With the skyline view of the city from our main Lounge Floor Balcony, a large Patio, and a Bar / Lounge Dining area , this Club House is a very popular meeting place for our members. Members may rent the facilities during the year with some limitation.

Payment for food, bar or entertainment is by Chit. You may provide a Visa or a MasterCard number that is kept on file, and debited at the end of each month for your purchases. Guests and members may use Interac, Visa or MasterCard directly. Cash sales are not permitted. There is a 10% service charge added to the food and beverage purchases.

PLAYGROUND
A children's playground near the club house is popular with our growing families. PICNIC TABLES and Propane BBQ's along the shore are provided for use by members.

SERVICE DOCK
This is where work may be done on your boat.

FUEL IS NOT AVAILABLE AT MCC. Refueling is not allowed on the docks. The Service Dock is our designated refueling location. Fuel is available a short distance away at Ontario Place or Lake Promenade Marina.

PUMP-OUT
This is available to members at No Charge, and is a "self service" operation located at the service dock. New members may obtain a Pump-Out key from the General Manager Instructions are posted at the pump-out.

CRANE
We have a dual purpose crane for lifting dry-sailed boats up to 3000 lbs., and for mast stepping. Authorized members who have taken our spring training course may operate this crane. One design keelboats such as Etchells, Solings, Sharks, J24s and dinghies may make up our Dry-Sailed Fleet.

RECEPTACLES
WASTE OIL AND ANTIFREEZE: RECEPTACLES near the crane must be used for waste disposal. Members must personally dispose of their marine batteries off the club premises

MAINTENANCE SHED
The club's Harbour Maintenance Committee has an adequate storage and work area to service our facilities

CLUB BOATS
The "SANDY GRANT" is a steel trawler serving as the "Club Race Committee Boat". Tinker is also used by the club for events approved by the Board of Directors.  We also have a powered MOORING RAFT, and a SERVICE BOAT for dock maintenance, and launch/haulout.

WINTER STORAGE
HAUL OUT IS USUALLY THE WEEKEND FOLLOWING THANKSGIVING.

LAUNCH IS THE LAST WEEKEND OF APRIL

All boats new to the club (power or sail) must have folding steel cradles. Boats may be stored on trailers. Storage for your cradle/trailer is available at no extra cost during the summer.

Skippers (or a competent representative) must be present at launch and haul out. Owners are responsible for their cradles being ready for their boat. MASTS may be stored on your own trestle or on club racks.

WINTER STORAGE: Provided for all boats whose owners who have completed a request for storage in September. The modest Haulout, Launch, and Storage Fee is based upon boat size.

CRADLE SAFETY STANDARDS: Cradles are inspected and identified each fall by the haulout-launch committee.

ELECTRICAL POWER is available for stored boats, provided the owner is on the grounds at the time it is required.

TENDER STORAGE: Racks are available for the storage of hard and soft sided dinghies.
